Time Recording

Through Intellinet’s partnership with Custom Micro we can supply and implement a wide range of time recording devices including magnetic swipe, proximity and biometric.

For those businesses with a large number of sites, where the cost of time-recording devices would be too expensive, we offer an employee sign-in facility whereby the employee can enter their clock number and a pin number and record their time-in and out through any PC with a browser connection.

Manual intervention is only required for exceptions where the times are outside the grace period. Automatic rules can also be applied against specific scenarios.

Attendance is fully monitored and the TimeSheet module will ensure that all payments made are fully compliant with the customer’s business rules.
